Ghazrin's Classic Hotel

Location very near to Larkin Express Bus Station.

There's a power trip during my stay. I went down to inform staffs at reception but they kept insisting everything's in order. Ding dong here and there about 20-30 minutes. After which managed to rectify and resolved faulty power trip.

when I check in and was told the room I booked didnt have its own toilet they didnt automatic upgrade me but wanted me to pay for an upgrade although its already abt 11pm

Location easily accessible to the mall, market and shops. It is also nearby bus transportation

Not for elderly with leg problem especially no lift to the room

i been staying this hotel for few times, but this time round quite disappointing , the hotel out of water . i was told during checking in, the hotel is having this problem and be fine in a while . so i dont mind i went out to go shopping first, when i reach the hotel about 12am , the water supply come and go ..while i was bathing the water stop flowing . . i was so angry , and have to wait till the water supply came. one more issue is the tv in the room is blinking while watching , i was told from one of the staff the tv fuse having problem . this time round my stay was very disappointing .

the only thing that is appealing about this place is the concept of the hotel

1) when I booked a room via booking.com, I instantly received a pdf stating my stay was confirmed. However, one day before the stay I received a msg stating the will let go of the room at 7pm if payment was not paid when we have already linked our payment card for it. We had to call the property to to ask if our room was still available but it was not. We had to upgrade because they let go of the room we have selected previously. 2) Not all room have personal toilet use. Some room are required to use the common room outside. 3) Upgrade into a so called better room but when we got in its so small and stinky. Toilet smells like drain water. Walls on the room are full of thick dust. Bed sheets are white which makes the dust even more visible.4) TV is malfunction.5) Fridge is disgusting, please do not use it.6) We have booked for 2 nights. Second night we wanted to take a shower, no water was flowing. We could not take a shower nor take a piss. We woke up the next day at 2pm, STILL NO WATER!7) Not forgetting, flying insects in the room.

Value for many in a strategic location whereby easy access to Larkin bus terminal & many eateries. Just walking distance for those who don't drive. It suits its name, budget hotel, but with a classic ambience.We have stayed here very often.

Once is enough

Booked online, upon registration room not available. Was given room that cost more. Take it or leave. Staff's very low on customer relations. Room is not clean,slimy floor and towels is non cotton type, not white color like it was purchased from $1 value store more like a foot rag.Highly NOT recommended.

Reserve thru booking.com but they never received any reservation.

Shared toilet spoiled, double lock not functioning, housekeeper dont have courtesy to knock or check if someone still inside. Feel unsafe.

Damp smell, strong fragrance used to cover but it didn't . I asked to borrow hairdryer and they asked for deposits just for hair dryer. There is leakage on the shower pipe, and holder wasn't firm.

Good location across from bus station, local shops, plenty of choices for food.

Being woken at 10pm for an hour of staff noisy cleaning rooms around us. Banging toilet seats, talking/laughing loudly, phones constantly ringing. Then woken again at 4.30am staff cleaning shared bathrooms....WHY????

It is 200 meters from the bus station so ideal if you arrive late with the bus and continue the next morning.

The room did not match the photo's and was super small without windows. You only had 1 meter next to the bed and further walls around the bed. You could hear the noise from the hallway quite clearly. Would only recommend to stay there for 1 night if you have a bus transfer.
